Grafton is situated on the beautiful Clarence River and host’s the famous Jacaranda
festival. We have some of the best beaches in NSW along with great national parks
with fantastic bush walking. Check out “My Clarence Valley” on Instagram and look up
places like Red Rock, Brooms Head, Yamba and Wooli while you’re there.
But what about the job? Our practice is the longest running clinic in Grafton with a
great reputation and consistent flow of patients. We have a staff of super friendly and
helpful admin, along with 6 Physiotherapist’s, an Exercise Physiologist (who works out
of our onsite gym) and a Dietitian. We run rehabilitation classes, exercise classes,
Pilates and hydrotherapy. Our team enjoy a diverse caseload giving exposure to a
range of interesting aspects of physiotherapy with the opportunity to develop special
interests. We have paid admin time, clinical education, team meetings and regular
catch-ups along with our graduate training program that is an accumulation of 20 years
of clinical practice and courses. Work in a team and with a boss that really cares about

What's on offer:
• A salary of between $75,000- $100,000 depending on experience +
performance-based bonuses
• Our career pathway involves a mentorship in the 1st year moving to
consolidating knowledge and building your professional identity in the 2nd to
4th year which then leads into specialising and or leadership roles within the
business.

• Full administrative support
• Paid Training Program including tutorials, case reviews and shadow time
(depending on experience) of up to 2 hours per week scheduled into the diary
• Paid Quarterly 3-hour In-services along with clinical meetings
• Yearly CPD allowance of $1500
• On-site rehab gymnasium featuring Pilates equipment, gym equipment,
strength and conditioning classes and more, Hydrotherapy service delivered
offsite
• Support to practice and further your clinical reasoning, diagnostic and
treatment skills
• Relocation Package of up to $1500 for the right candidate available via NSW
Rural Drs (conditions apply)
• Minimum 2-year contract

Essential Criteria:
• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Physiotherapy
• Registration with AHPRA or eligible to apply
• Personal indemnity and professional liability insurance
• Current NSW Working with children check
• National Police check (within last 12 months)
• Current driver’s licence
• Positive attitude towards working within a team of professional health care
providers with a strong patient focus
• Passion and enthusiasm to provide leading edge assessment and treatment
to patients
• Motivation to attend external CPD and learning opportunities to expand
clinical skills
