​Hydrotherapy

​

Hydrotherapy is run by our physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologist. This service is delivered out of clinic at the Grafton Lifestyle aquatic centre, 

Hydrotherapy is the use of water for therapeutic exercise treatment.

We provide hydrotherapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination. Our clinicians use water-based therapy that has lasting and meaningful changes to assist our clients better function outside the water.

Working with clients in water allows them better comfort, more freedom of movement, and improved circulation, and reduces the risk of swelling, pain, and muscle spasms.
